Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Pricing  

$90/year subscription
Includes access to:

• SSP Connect Core, and Balance apps

• Ongoing support and check-ins as often as you listen

• Nervous system “tune-ups” to support regulation, resilience, and integration

• Personalized pacing and guidance tailored to your needs

I collaborate with a client’s existing therapist to offer a (5-8) intervention that can help jumpstart the next level of healing.
